We are crafting the next generation of analytic tools for all of Workday's HCM, Financial Management, and Planning customers, enabling them to catalog, mine, and explore their critical business data. We build our Analytics solutions using the most modern technologies, providing an unparalleled level of agility, ease-of-use, and delivery of insights. If you love to collaborate with design, engineering, and your fellow product managers to build experiences that enable customers to make better business decisions with data - then this role is for you! You will work primarily within our Data Analysis Product area. You will maintain and evolve this critical area of Workday as well as integrating with existing Workday capabilities and other interfaces that will be developed in parallel by related teams. Your ability to clearly and concisely communicate with Senior level architects across teams and your Workday architecture knowledge will be a benefit in this role.
About You
Ability to gather and analyze usage data for purposes of monitoring report performance to ensure stability across workday stack at scale.
Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through monitoring, your knowledge of the domain, and input from customers, developers and architects.
Collaborate with the Workday support team, and QA to triage customer reported issues for the components you own.
Act as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, grooming the backlog, keeping the team focused, and communicating to stakeholders regularly.
Partner with other Product Managers within the Analytics and application team.
Program Management – balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results.
Basic Qualifications
We are open to hiring either a Sr Associate Product Manager or Product Manager level, depending on the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
Basic Qualifications - Product Manager
4+ years experience in Product Management or role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions
2+ years in business intelligence or analytics domain
Basic Qualifications - Senior Associate Product Manager
2+ years experience in Product Management or role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions
1+ years in business intelligence or analytics domain
Other Qualifications
Prior Technical Product management experience and/or CS degree is preferred
Prior or current experience with Workday architecture (OMS)
You have experience with web technologies or SaaS
You have a BA / BS / BE degree
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adjust to different perspectives and people of varied technical ability
You are a fast learner, detail oriented and should enjoy a fast-paced work environment
You have excellent analytical, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
