About the Team

At Workday Inc, we are excited to announce the acquisition of HiredScore, a leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology. HiredScore's expertise in artificial intelligence, automation, and deep integrations perfectly aligns with Workday's mission to empower organizations worldwide in driving critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management. As a result, we are looking for an Integrated Campaigns Manager who demonstrates outstanding skills and work behaviors to join our team.

About the Role

As the Integrated Campaigns Manager at HiredScore, now a part of Workday, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to strategic marketing initiatives through various platforms. This position offers a chance to be part of an innovative team that is leading the way in AI within the HR technology industry. We are seeking a professional who is focused on achieving outcomes and has a strong grasp of effective approaches in enterprise SaaS marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on developing, executing, and analyzing diverse marketing initiatives across various channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to optimize lead generation and cultivating strategies.
  • Coordinate various promotional initiatives and events, from inception to analysis, reporting, and lead segmentation.
  • Manage marketing platforms and leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and other relevant options for marketing purposes.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts in generating demand to meet pipeline and revenue goals, using fundamental data analysis skills.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to sequence and distribute targeted content, product marketing resources, and messaging for various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data quality, process bottlenecks, or system integration.
  • Develop effective partnerships and maintain strong communication with marketing technology vendors and partners to promote seamless collaboration and enhance the value of vendor services.
  • Show a strong commitment to continuous learning and excel in a dynamic environment.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of related marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years developing and executing marketing campaigns to B2B audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education from an accredited institution, or relevant experience in the field.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools and platforms (i.e. Marketo, Demandbase).
  • Proficiency in sales platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Outreach) and web expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital and content strategy, including omni-channel marketing.

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, attention to detail, and persistence while maintaining tact.
  • A focus on achieving desired outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong drive to improve processes based on data analysis.
  • Strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic environment.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $107,000 USD - $160,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $88,400 USD - $160,300 USD
