Your role at a glance
Would you like the opportunity work for the number one provider of Individual Protection products in a fast-paced Business Development role?
If you have strong Sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and an impressive knowledge of Individual Protection products (life, income protection, critical illness) then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Intermediary Sales team as a Telephone Business Development Manager on a 12-month FTC.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll identify, develop, and manage relationships within a defined geographical area to deliver sales, quality and profitability targets across all Insurance products and propositions, cost effectively and ethically. You’ll have the opportunity to do this by delivering agreed business development plans and individual key account strategic plans within your region.

You’ll need excellent relationship management ability with strong communication skills, a strong resilience, and adaptability. Collaboration with the team will be key, as well as the ability to be a self-starter that can work autonomously.
