Job Description

We're looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) in London!

You'll work closely with our Head of Digital Solutions to develop and manage our CRM and associated digital capabilities in order to support customer acquisition and retention plans. You'll play a key role in enhancing our internal CRM strategy and solutions to add value to existing processes and systems, whilst also working on some exciting new projects we have planned for the rest of the year.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Head of Digital in the development and implementation of digital solutions and CRM strategy in line with LGIM’s institutional and retail business plans.  Acting as an expert on CRM and digital best practice and emerging technologies.
  • Assisting in defining, developing and documenting a clear road map to enable timely delivery against objectives.  Reviewing new technologies and CRM opportunities and proposing where benefit can come from these opportunities in order to ensure our digital capabilities remain competitive.
  • Playing a key role in Influencing and engaging with Marketing, Sales, and Client Relationship/Service teams to define and agree digital solutions activities across channels within LGIM. This should include day-to-day management of digital solutions projects, vendor management and required communications
  • Optimising a prioritisation model to understanding our clients’ needs and manage and supporting the LGIM’s CRM and associated digital capabilities used by Distribution, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Liaising with LGIM’s internal and external stakeholders (including business/IT/Salesforce/Scope etc.) where appropriate to resolve technical issues, and implementing changes to maintain LGIM’s CRM and associated digital capabilities platforms
  • Project-managing the technical aspects of delivery for LGIM’s CRM and associated digital capabilities projects and BAU activity delivery, including the preparation of functional specifications, requirements gathering with stakeholders, and data analysis
  • Preparing updates of operational guidelines for the marketing team reporting on SLAs as agreed with LGIM IT and business sponsors
  • Defining and implementing KPI reporting for all LGIM’s CRM and associated digital capabilities. Test & Learn to continually optimise

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Naturally, you will come from a strong Salesforce background
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant would be great
  • Experience of delivery through marketing automation platforms
  • Any experience of working in a regulated environment would be a huge plus!
  • An advocate of all things CRM and Digital and an ability to see developments elsewhere in the CRM / Digital space and interpret how they could be utilised in our business.
