Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate full time (37.5hrs pw) / permanent Field Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive to plan, project-manage, execute, and optimise our UK focused demand-generation activities, events, and campaigns. In this role, you will create localised brand awareness and visibility of our Quality Engineering and Cyber Security solutions and help drive the UK regional pipeline goals. You will work closely with Sales and Practice Leads as well as with fellow regional and global marketers in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.
Responsibilities
Develop UK focused demand generating marketing programmes and campaigns targeting UK-based medium to large enterprise companies.
Devise and deliver the event management programme including Expos, Conferences, 121 Networking style meetings, roundtables and webinars focusing on our key solution areas, target industries and buyer profiles/personas.
Collaborate with practice leads and thought leaders to uncover engaging content blogs, whitepapers, articles.
Work with sales and global marketing to provide go-to-market solution/use case support collateral and training material to enable the sales team and enhance the buyer experience.
Work with Global Marketing Director and sales leaders to provide account-based marketing insight and tailored campaigns.
Work with Business Development sales team to devise and executive tactical sales play campaigns.
Coordinate with the digital marketing lead to optimise web and social media experience for local market.
Work with marketing, event, content and design agencies as required.
Must have Qualifications:
An inspiring Marketing professional with 2 - 3 years’ experience developing B2B digital and event focused demand generation campaigns.
This would be the perfect opportunity for the second career move in Field Marketing.
Experience of working within 1 or many of the following industries: IT Services and IT Consulting, Cyber Security, Managed Services, Quality engineering, Device and Software Testing, SaaS.
Experience of business development outreach and nurture demand generation campaigns to IT and security personas at mid-and large enterprises within Media, Energy, Healthcare, Finance and Consumer industry sectors.
Experience in developing and delivering creative marketing programmes that generate measurable demand and engagement.
A driver of results and ability to measure and interpret data and demonstrate progress against targets.
Excellent organisation and project management skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheets and data management.
Creative, critical thinking.
Great communication and excellent English language writing skills.
Comfortable with remote work and autonomy.
Salesforce.com experience.
Basic experience of working with demand generation platforms such as HubSpot, Demand Base, 6Sense, Cognisum.
Desirable Qualifications:
Second language would be useful for progression purposes, ideally Dutch (Flemish), French or Mandarin.
Salesforce.com Marketing Account Engagement email marketing tool (formerly known as Pardot), Marketing automation tools etc.
Experience of running content syndication and lead gen campaigns on platforms such as BrightTalk, TechTarget etc.
Reporting: This role will report into the Global Marketing Director and work dotted line into the UK Managing Director.
