The Business Transformation Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in architecting new P&C processes that are efficient, effective and scalable. This trailblazer is charged with building partnerships with functional leaders to execute strategic projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results.
This may start as an individual contributor role and eventually evolve into managing Program Managers and/or Business Analysts. This role reports directly to the P&C Business Process Transformation Leader. This role can be based anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Manager, you have overall accountability for assigned projects. You will work with various business units and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, develop new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business while preparing the business for future. You will need to understand the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extract the relevant information to support requirement definition, business design, usability design and end user testing.
You will lead action-planning, project tracking and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and drive business transformation efforts that yield high value within the organization.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
