The ACA Product Success Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with the customer to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax ACA solutions, as well as driving adoption and retention.
This is a hybrid role based out of St. Louis, Missouri.
What You'll Do
Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience
Act as the connecting thread for internal teams with the customer across the customer journey
Drive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition through adoption, use, and value realization
Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for clients by monitoring and maintaining customer health and creating customer success plans with each client
Partner with Account Executive(s) in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviews
Utilize voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps
What Experience You'll Need
At least 5 years of sales experience through management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or another client-facing role
At least 5 years of experience promoting value through the customer experience using knowledge of customer success processes
At least 3 years of experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
