Benefits Program Manager at Blue Yonder

Job Descrption
  • Subject matter expert on EMEA compensation and benefits 
  • Supporting the Global compensation team in annual merit and bonus cycles 
  • Local country pay reporting, including UK gender pay gap 
  • keeping up to date with pay changes arising from collective bargaining agreements 
  • Working with wider teams on workday compensation enhancements to drive automation and efficiency and make recommendations for future improvements
  • EMEA benchmarking 
  • Administering and managing benefits across EMEA
  • Supporting the Shared Services team with Compensation and benefit queries
  • Collaborating effectively with the wider associate success, payroll and finance teams 
  • involvement in various compensation and benefits projects 

Qualifications:

To be successful in the role, ideally we are looking for someone with experience in a mid-level compensation and benefits role.  EMEA wide would be a benefit and experience of the German Market ideal

You will be curious, pro-active and be able to give examples of working on end to end projects with a level of autonomy and ability to problem solve.

Experience of salary surveys would be a definite benefit.

Workday HR experience is a benefit, but not essential

Strong analytical experience and expert excel skills
