Qualifications:
To be successful in the role, ideally we are looking for someone with experience in a mid-level compensation and benefits role. EMEA wide would be a benefit and experience of the German Market ideal
You will be curious, pro-active and be able to give examples of working on end to end projects with a level of autonomy and ability to problem solve.
Experience of salary surveys would be a definite benefit.
Workday HR experience is a benefit, but not essential
Strong analytical experience and expert excel skills
