ICF provides research, evaluation and analysis services that help government to understand the impacts of policies and programmes. We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to help us deliver a major, multi-year programme of research and analytical support to the UK Government on policies relevant to the environment, climate change, food, farming and fishing.
Working with experienced technical staff and our wider programme support team, you will be helping us to manage and deliver first class monitoring, evaluation and learning services. The successful candidate will support the management and governance of this complex, large-scale programme, directly overseeing the day-to-day management of specific activities and strands of work. This is a high visibility fast-paced role, the Project Controls Manager will partner with the Contract Lead, assigned delivery team, and ICF’s corporate services.
In this role, you will be joining a community of experienced environmental experts, researchers, analysts and programme management professionals. Your role will be to help us manage programme, proposal and project activities under large evaluation frameworks – from proposal through to project reporting and closure stages.
