As a Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Finance, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing performance and setting the growth expectations across the digital site
performance indicators we will use to meet our Digital Sales aspirations. In addition, you’ll drive the financial modeling behind our SG&A expense for the Digital organization, partnering closely with senior business leaders and human resources to lead the investment analysis, actuals, forecast, goal and long-range planning processes.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Finance, this role is crucial to advancing
enterprise understanding of the growth drivers of the digital business and shaping team composition across the Digital organization. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs, but this role will have accountability to delivering the following:
Ownership of financial routines for digital performance indicators, helping plan the path to our Digital Sales goals, including performance recaps, trend analysis and quarterly forecasting.
Partner across Digital and enterprise Merchandising teams, building financial tools and models that advance the business
Develop analysis to go beyond the surface level to explain key business drivers and identify opportunities for growth.
Ownership of financial routines for expense structure of Digital organization
About You:
4-year college degree with equivalent experience (3-6 years) in Finance and/or Digital
Strong technical skill set around modeling and data
Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to identify opportunities
Uses analysis to influence with facts and data
Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes
Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to establish and nurture connections across the enterprise to build a network of partners and resources
Embraces all perspective through empathy, curiosity, and listening
