Team Overview and Job responsibilities
Prysmian Group Central America is looking for a Costs Specialist to support our finance team based in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this position you will be responsible for collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators; perform analysis of financial, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
Job responsibilities:
- Monthly cost products calculation.
- Monthly forecast process elaboration
- Analysis and control of the transactional manufacturing process.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of experience including experience in cost accounting and inventory valuation (Standard cost, Average cost, FIFO).
- Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
- Analytical skills and able to follow up on important data details.
- Able to communicate and make presentations to senior levels.
- Positive leadership style.
- Results oriented and self‐starter person.
- Highly dynamic and oriented to operational work,
- Intermediate to advance English level.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
Preferred qualifications
- Manufacturing Industry experience.
- SAP or Business Warehouse experience
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Microsoft Power Query, MS
- Analysis, Webi)
