An opportunity for a highly motived individual to join the Prysmian Customer Care Department, undertaking a Degree-level Apprenticeship, in the Telecommunications and Power Distribution team. This will be a 3-year degree apprenticeship course, commencing Summer/September 2024.
Typical tasks may include:
• Direct Customer liaison, providing quotations as well as processing and management of Sales orders.
• Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintaining and developing profitable sales within the Telecommunications and Power Distribution business sectors.
• Compilation and analysis of various system reports.
• Maintenance and Development of strong customer relations
Who are we looking for?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
• Effective problem solving skills
• Maths and English GCSE is essential
Full training will be provided for the role.
