The Marketing Intelligence & Development Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting all Business Units for promotion, digitalization and strategy. Enhancing employability branding and internal communication in collaboration with HR and working alongside R&D to support product development and the management of a PIM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all business units by ensuring Prysmian’s marketing strategy support the business
Finding new and innovative ways to promote our products and brand
Collaborate with HR to enhance employability strategies.
Manage the Product Information Management (PIM) system effectively.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website and other digital tools
Drive a coherent SEO & PPC strategy to support the business
Support R&D with product development and new product launch
Facilitate internal communication through Prysmian Current, Workday, and CableTalk platforms.
Conduct market intelligence activities to inform strategic decision-making
Manage the marketing budget effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Several years of experience in marketing, business or related roles
Proficiency in PIM systems and digital marketing tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
Location details
This role is based in our offices near the Eastleigh town centre. The address is Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited, Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 6YU. There are good transport links to Eastleigh and the site is approximately 15 minutes walk from the railway station. We are able to offer free car parking next to our offices.
