JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for setting up, running, monitoring the numerous process lines within the plant, including, but not limited to: Testand Cabler, SZ Cabler, Aramid Server, Cabler 9, Oil Tapers, All Respool Lines, CCW and Saturate Lines, MV Assemblies, TEC Processing, Fiber/Copper Testing, and set-up. Perform machine related tasks efficiently without jeopardizing product or maintains working area in a safe and orderly condition at all times.
Must be capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs. and occasionally lifting or moving 75 lbs.; ability to distinguish colors. Will be responsible for the continuous improvement in the set-up procedures; must have good English language verbal and written communication skills. Employee will perform preventative maintenance procedures, 5S activities and continuous improvement programs as required.
