We are looking for a Global Workforce Platform Manager to support Workplace Technology Platforms. You will administer the strategic and operational use of all Autodesk related products and integrations including strategic partners to support all requirements for Workplace & Travel. We are looking for someone who can work follow office drawings and design guidelines, construction practices, codes, etc. You will work report to the Senior Manager of Global Workplace Technology.
We support fully remote work for candidates based in the United States.
Responsibilities
Support and manage the strategic and operational use of all Autodesk related products and integrations including strategic partners to support all requirements for Workplace & Travel
Support AutoCAD/Revit modeling for Projects and Facilities Management including Building Engineer, Facilities Manager/Coordinator, Occupancy Planning and Project teams globally
Maintain all record drawings and models in AutoCAD/Revit for global portfolio
Create, establish and maintain AutoCAD/Revit processes, standards, best practices and global digital delivery standards
Administer AutoCAD/Revit Library and AutoCAD systems
Administrator for all key platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud, Eptura, Tandem and SharePoint
Manipulate and translate various digital files to usable AutoCAD/Revit drawings
Support and own the use of 3rd party construction related technologies
Read and assist in interpreting technical plans
Manage relevant tools for central document retention and sharing
Provide training and supporting materials for internal and external teams
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and market trends
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in the related industries
At least 5 years of AutoCAD and Revit experience
Proficiency in BIM management and workflow process
Excellent CAD/Revit drafting skills and aesthetics
Working knowledge with Autodesk products such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Tandem, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 products, etc.
Knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management Program including Eptura and Revit
Willing to work around global time zones
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Engineering or related major (This preferred but not required)
MEP experience is highly desired, Architecture Certified Professional is a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
