Sr. Manager Finance BP:
In this role you will be the go-to person for business analytics, providing key strategic insights into business performance and make recommendations on potential business improvement opportunities both financially and strategically within the Sleep and Respiratory Care business.
Your role:
Being seen as primary contact within the business for Global Sales and profitability analytics, including customer segment and broader market insights
Supporting the preparation of management presentations and attending regular management meetings providing financial performance evaluation
Assisting in development of Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts and longer-term strategic plans
Supporting research of new market opportunities, market penetration strategies and new product development (business case) opportunities
Building actionable intelligence related to competitors, in concert with the Global Product Management and Market Intelligence teams (e.g., competitor profiles, strategies, value chain, market segmentation, market position and capabilities)
Performing variance analysis of actual versus planned. Identifying root cause for deviation and providing reports with explanation
Engaging with operations team to assess potential capacity constraints and providing support to drive potential concerns to resolution
Identifying opportunities to leverage new financial tools / processes to drive first time accuracy and increase speed/efficiency of data collation / reporting
Eventually this position may be expanded to have financial responsibility for one division of the Sleep business
You're the right fit if:
You have a BS or BA degree. MBA, preferred. CPA is a plus.
You've commercial finance experience.
You skills include, exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to translate data into meaningful information and present that information to stakeholders
Strong critical thinking to identify and synthesize patterns from emerging trends
You have a solid understanding of Marketing/Business cases and value creation principles
Ability to work both independently and also within a multi-disciplinary cross-functional team
