Overview
As the Americas Business Manager for Cash Management and Relationship Transaction Management you will be responsible for overseeing the regional businesses, implementing strategy, spearheading talent, and resource management, and supporting regional regulatory, planning, and control initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to the regional business heads and ensure efficient governance is in place. You will oversee the Business’ continuity plans, manage intragroup service relationships, and build and maintain trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver the consistent and reliable products and services for the Corporate Bank.

What You’ll Do
Oversee regional budgeting and forecasting exercises including legal entity planning and Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review revenue and balance sheet modeling
Facilitate the monthly CCM Leadership Team meeting, providing regional financials including business drivers and key client metrics
Monitor financial resources and ensure adherence to cost targets; drive efficiencies and manage expenses aggressively to ensure the Business units meet targets
Oversee people initiatives for the Business units including facilitating promotion panels and talent reviews and acting as the product ambassador for the Graduate and Summer Intern programs
Business representative for regional Corporate Bank governance and key infrastructure partners; provide business input to senior management forums, our risk appetite and risk and control assessment, as well as Resolution Planning
Manage the Business continuity plans and ad-hoc initiatives as needed
How You’ll Lead
Direct manager duties for business management specialist, including 121’s, evaluation, and development
Chairing and hosting meetings with Sr staff including the CCM Leadership Team; presenting materials, facilitating discussion, proposing ideas
Skills You’ll Need
Articulate and confident communications skills for aspects of the role that entail chairing meetings, hiring, and motivating staff, and providing performance management
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both face to face and via telephone and email; superior analytical aptitude required
Strong interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to work to a high-quality level and meet required deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team; the willingness to develop junior resources; anticipate needs: demonstrate initiative & pro-activeness with a willingness to learn
Proven track record of being able to coordinate and juggle various responsibilities, delivering with excellence and urgency
Ability to think laterally and navigate the organization when a solution is not straightforward – a “don’t take no” for an answer attitude
Excellent organization / prioritization skills; work well under pressure; excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to converse clearly with Product/Regional Chief Operating Officers and other stakeholders
Experience in finance and/or business analyst roles; self-motivated and a self-starter; Corporate Bank product knowledge
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $142,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
