As a Media Operations Analyst, you will support the operations management of a team focused on digital demand generation for Salesforce products. Your primary focus will be the support and management of operational systems and programs used to manage media planning across the organization. Along with managing these systems and processes, you will work cross-functionally with cloud & channel strategists, budget management, PMO, and media intelligence teams. As a key member of Media Lab, you will:
Manage media plan documentation updates, maintainment, and automations
Media plan process governance & requirement capturing
Assist in onboarding of new media team members for processes, use of taxonomy and how it relates to across the organization
Bridge the relationship between media team pods and ML finance team in terms of budget
Ongoing support and process improvements on the operations of the integrated media team based on the needs of the market and organization
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years driving business impact through operations management, preferably within the marketing B2B or SaaS industries
Experience with spreadsheets, data management and organization, and digital planning tools
Familiarity with paid media lead generation programs
Thrive in a fast-moving environment – e.g. agency or start-up experience – working autonomously, and owning programs from inception to completion
Organization, agility, and know-how to manage multiple projects at once
Exceptional oral and written skills
Collaborative/team mentality
Strong analytical thinker, driven problem-solver, and a curiosity to understand the why as well as the what
Strong Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,900 to $109,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
