We are seeking a strategically-minded Senior Manager to lead our Manager Capability Program. Recognizing the critical role that managers play in our employee experience and overall success, you will be instrumental in charting the course for exceptional management practices. Your focus will be on empowering our managers to make a tangible impact and cultivate impactful teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our managers possess the requisite skills and capabilities to propel success throughout the organization. You will collaborate with our Talent and ES Business Partners, as well as our COE partner teams, to provide invaluable thought leadership and program execution across our talent management initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide Manager Capability Program, including defining program objectives, strategies, and success measures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to assess current manager capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
* Design and deliver tailored strategies and solutions to address manager capability gaps, including programs, processes, policies, tools, and resources aimed at developing manager skills, capabilities, and effectiveness.
* Partner with key team members to integrate manager capability initiatives into talent management, learning and development, and other relevant programs and processes.
* Foster collaboration across teams and partners to align efforts, communicate progress, and deliver key initiatives.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on the Manager Capability and Global Talent Management Programs, providing clarity on the program direction, design, change management, and implementation. Support broader talent management initiatives across the team.
* Stay current on industry trends and standard processes in management excellence and incorporate relevant insights into a data-driven program design.
* Track and analyze program effectiveness, gathering key data insights and feedback from team members and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Use project management practices to ensure successful delivery of programs within timelines.

Minimum Requirements
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of progressive HR/Leadership/TM/OD/OE experience within large organizations or equally complex environments
* Knowledge of leadership and talent management standard processes is preferred
* Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
* Strong program management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and a focus on continuous improvement
* Excellent operational/analytical skills. Experience using data to measure the success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives
* Track record of driving positive organizational change in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, influencing, and partner management skills
* Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $136,600 to $187,900.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
