Sales Operations Administrator – Salary between £23,900 to £24,200
This is a great job for someone who has a passion for customer service, combined with the desire to become a true systems expert.
This friendly operational area consists of 3 teams who are all responsible for a range of varied demands, where no 2 days are the same. We deal with demand which could include anything from setting up new agency codes, to sending out a customer quotation. Your role is vital to ensure our customers whether they be individual, or a small company will have a positive experience!
A bit about the job:
Your main role will be within the Health Quotes and Agency and Commissions team but with the opportunity to expand your knowledge within other areas of Health Sales Operations.
You will be required to take ownership and use your knowledge in a variety of different queries. You will be handling demand received from internal and external customers through a variety of channels so you must be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders across business areas such as Claims, Trading Centre, Offshore Admin/Quotes, Finance & Change/Transformation teams.
You would be responding to brokers queries so your customer service skills will be utilised. You will also be encouraged to challenge the status quo and review the current processes we have in the area.
