Practice and Resource Analyst

Salary: Circa £35k

12 month fixed term with a potential to become permanent.

A bit about the job:

This is a pivotal role in ensuring IWR CIO operates efficiently and delivers the exciting IWR strategy. You’ll be a key person in the IWR CIO Practice & Resource team owning the new starter onboarding process (such as IT kit, ID cards and systems access), oversight of data quality extraction and interpretation from our resource capture tools you’ll also be working with our colleagues in Recruitment to schedule interviews, monitor progress and candidate interview scoring as well as arranging meetings, tracking attendance, and taking actions.

A key aspect of this role will be supporting weekly/monthly resource data analysis and reporting requirements and attending resource forums and supporting Strategic Workforce planning. You’ll also be supporting our Project Management and Business Analysis communities to embed best practice.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be organised and comfortable prioritising your workload, able to navigate ambiguity and able to work autonomously.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Teams), confident in PowerPoint with the ability to produce quality packs for committees and forums and strong Excel skills (including v look ups and pivot tables); maintaining consistency and accuracy across various sources.

  • Confident in data analytics, and drawing out insight, with keen attention to detail and able to create/maintain process documentation.

  • Confident and independent – happy to engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

  • Experience working with Planview (or similar) would also be beneficial.

  • Starting salary circa £35k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
