Aviva is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our group internal communications team as an Internal Communications Specialist for our Customer & Marketing function.
A bit about the job:
As an Internal Communications Specialist at Aviva, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and delivering internal communications for our Customer & Marketing (C&M) function. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll provide strategic counsel on internal communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications, maximizing the embedding of Aviva’s Purpose, Strategy, Values, and Brand. Additionally, you'll use data, insights, and industry best practices to develop communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in crafting and delivering engaging internal communications strategies,
ideally 5 years or more.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align internal messaging with organizational goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and providing strategic counsel.
Ability to analyse data and insights to inform communication strategies and enhance employee engagement.

Salary – up to £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
