Pensions Marketing Manager
Salary – circa £40,000
9-month / 12-month FTC

A bit about the job:
As a member of our fast-paced Workplace Marketing team at Aviva, you'll play a vital role in bringing our workplace pensions to life through innovative campaigns and marketing channels. From integrated multi-channel campaigns to digital communications and sales support materials, you'll contribute to achieving our commercial and engagement KPIs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various areas of the Workplace business to introduce new communications propositions to the market, optimizing marketing communications throughout the customer journey, and demonstrating strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to showcase the marketing contribution back to the business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Deliver personalized, data-driven, end-to-end customer engagement and commercial campaigns/communications.
Collaborate with all areas of the Workplace business to bring new communications propositions to market.
Partner with the wider marketing team and Workplace business to support new and existing communications.
Optimize marketing communications of the customer journey from onboarding onto their new workplace pension right up to their retirement.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to showcase the marketing contribution back to the business.

Salary – circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
