Aviva currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Motor Risk Consultant to join our ARMS (Aviva Risk Management Solutions) specialist division - providing motor risk management services to Aviva and clients.
This role is home-based, with flexibility on location, and will involve working at various client sites as necessary.
A bit about the job:
In this role you will be supporting the GCS Casualty Motor account with the aim of developing and delivering our prevention first philosophy working collaboratively with Aviva clients. Managing and coordinating risks, handling technical referrals from brokers, clients and colleagues as well as producing bespoke quality survey reports and risk improvement management.
You will also work collaboratively across the wider GCS space to develop strong relationships and working practices and support initiatives to enhance services and operational improvements by acting on feedback from customers - sharing ideas and engaging with the team.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Transport and Logistics sector experience or a background of success in proactive motor risk management practices, with preferred relevant industry specific qualifications for example OLAT, CILT, NEBOSH, IRM, ACII
Ability to analyse, collate and interpret motor claims data to ensure appropriate pro-active risk management decisions are made
Good listening and questioning skills to identify fleet exposures, combined with the ability to communicate clearly to influence positive outcomes for our clients
Knowledge of current and emerging motor related risk management
The ability to work as part of a team as well as working autonomously to deliver quality results in a timely manner
