A bit about the job:
We have exciting opportunities for Claims Handlers to join us in our offices based in Pitheavlis, Perth. Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in an attractive environment. You will take incoming calls from brokers and handle existing and incoming insurance claims day to day. Don’t worry if it's something new for you, full training will be provided. Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal and a good team player
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills and a critical thinker
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good level of IT skills to navigate systems

- Starting salary between xx and xx (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% (A & B grade) 8% (C grade) 10% (D grade) 12% (E grade) 25% (F grade) of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
