We are looking for new colleagues to join our technical claims team, working alongside our Home claims teams providing technical advice, development and support. This is a great job for someone who is politically agile, skilled communicator/conflict manager, adaptable to situations, able to challenge and positively influence others at all levels, internally and externally. Our new colleagues will provide technical support to our UK wide desk/field teams as well as our first notification of loss teams. The role will involve managing claim referrals and supporting the ongoing development of our teams. You will develop standard methodology and technical guidelines ensuring service delivered is good and technical/required standards are followed. You will also work closely with our learning and development colleagues on the delivery of the capability program for internal teams through identification of opportunities to upskill, coach and improve.
