The Aviva Retail Team is focused on delivering great customer and commercial outcomes across our three brands (Aviva/QMH/GA) and across our Direct and Price Comparison website distribution channels.
A bit about the job:
The main focus of this role is to develop new trading initiatives across the business to grow the Direct book and grow our customer cross sell holdings both within our GI business and also across into our life business.
You will achieve that by working closely with the trading lead & virtual teams to ensure consistent and effective activity is being prioritised & delivered inline with the Direct Strategy.
You will also take the lead on driving EV strategy for retail along with growth initiatives through new innovative solutions for the Direct GI business as well as
support the focus on customer retention on the direct customer base and develop activity to improve customer outcomes and support.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience and strong knowledge of the Insurance market
Understanding of the key drivers of performance
Strong stakeholder management experience, ability to listen, influence, engage and motivate a virtual team
Knowledge of customer communications and customer journeys, both operationally and digitally
Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo and leading change

Starting salary between £65,000 and £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
