As a Human Cyber Risk Learning Architect Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Objectives for the Human Cyber Risk Management Learning and Development program include:

  • Identifying critical skills and competencies required to mitigate human cyber risk
  • Improving learning outcomes
  • Aligning cybersecurity training to business goals
  • Enabling continuous learning

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Working with SMEs and collaborate with stakeholders to set direction and create instructional strategy that aligns to program objectives, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency
  • Creating CBT, ILT and VILT training solutions that align with business objectives, resolve knowledge, skill, attitude, and behavior gaps, as well as address regulatory requirements
  • Defining curriculum frameworks and build educational opportunities that foster cultural change
  • Developing interactive adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage users to protect data
  • Designing courses and comprehensive programs that generate effective learning experiences
  • Integrating web-based technologies content (audio, video, social media, online communities, blogs, storyboards, infographics, user guides, gamification elements, etc.)
  • Creating multi-language curricula, toolkits and guides for technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Translating sophisticated technical concepts into easily understandable content
  • Preparing comprehensive role-based training and conduct workshops for targeted groups
  • Designing surveys, polls, questionnaires, and quizzes to assess learning outcomes
  • Establishing key metrics to demonstrate ROI; report on effectiveness of learning engagements
  • Meeting learning platform requirements, establish reporting mechanisms, and facilitate the logistical rollout of training programs based on regional and country-specific requirements
  • Developing process to maintain user training records, as well as consequences for noncompliance
  • Creating requirements and scope of work for vendor training solutions
  • Providing project management support and manage team of training professionals

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and four (4) years of experience in training and instructional design/development

OR

  • High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) with eight (8) years of experience in training and instructional design/development

AND

  • Three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity awareness with attention to detail in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of experience educating on cybersecurity risk mitigation principles, theories, techniques and best practices

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design/Development, Adult Learning, Education, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology from an accredited institution
  • Additional certifications such as CPTD, SSAP, SACP, CSAP
  • Analytically-minded, comfortable with data and tests new ideas to improve impact
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional technologies
  • Skilled trainer, writer and visual creator who creates learning experiences that engage users, increase knowledge and influence behavioral change
  • Proficiency with forming complex technical messages into easy-to-understand language
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering initiatives on time and on budget
  • Experience working in a large global, multicultural organization is helpful

Work location:

  • Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site or hybrid)

Travel

  • May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
