The Manager of Business Operation leads the efforts to drive continuous improvement of operational excellence through the optimization of business processes!
What you'll be doing:
Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Implement good practices and innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and communicate a strategic plan for process reengineering to align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with key partners from multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.
Lead the planning and execution of different projects for Business Operation team.
What we need to see:
10+ years of overall related work experience and 3+ years of leadership
BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related fields (master’s preferred)
Experiences as similar role.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies and tools
Superb communication skills, both verbal and writing, to effectively interact with technical and business team members.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
