Junior/Entry Level Civil/Structural Engineer
We are seeking motivated Junior (Entry-level) Civil and Structural Engineers to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to grow their skills in a dynamic engineering environment. The Junior (Entry-level) Engineer will help design, analyze, and build various civil and structural projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
Job Duties
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil and/or structural projects.
- Perform calculations and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering challenges and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Mid-Level Civil and Structural Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to completion. The Mid-Level Engineer will lead design efforts, manage project teams, and ensure quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Job Duties
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural projects, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Senior Level Civil/Structural Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead our engineering team. The Senior Engineer will play a key role in project management, technical leadership, and business development efforts. This position offers the chance to work on complex and challenging projects while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Job Duties
- Lead the design and analysis of complex civil and structural projects, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal writing, and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications
Junior Level Civil/Structural Engineer Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Internship or co-op experience in civil or structural engineering.
- Familiarity with structural analysis software such as SAP2000 or ETABS.
- EIT/FE certification is a plus.
Mid-Level Civil and Structural Engineer Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or ETABS.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with seismic design and analysis.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Previous experience working on transportation or infrastructure projects.
Senior Level Civil/Structural Engineer Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience with design-build projects.
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro. (Proficiency in such software is required.)
- Previous experience working with government agencies or large consulting firms.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
