Associate - Fixed Income (UAE National) at Emirates Investment Authority

Job Descrption
- Responsible for the evaluation of Fixed income and other alternative investments undertaking searches, due diligence and ultimately supporting those recommendations in respect of these external managers to Investment and Executive Committees
- Undertake, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of performance and prepare and present on corporate or other actions requiring approval in respect of those external managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in investment functions the majority of which obtained in credit, fixed income
- At least 1-2 years’ awareness of manager selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring and reporting in respect of several debt strategies across the broad spectrum of available opportunities.
- Sound knowledge of the creation, usage and management of financial models, and the relevant tools and systems including Bloomberg, external systems and databases as well as the standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed presentations on often complex investments
- Fluent in English, fluency in Arabic an advantage
