Job Description

Adhere to processes and procedures – Appropriately support/contribute to the creation/maintenance of associated processes and procedures.

Customer support – dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient manner, whilst building strong relationships with customers.

Continuous improvement – Liaising within your own team and with other teams in the Business to enhance and improve Customer Services, consistency of approach and operational flexibility to provide a high level of service for our customers.

Awareness of Risk – Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner that limits/mitigates potential risks.

Adhere to Regulatory Processes – Ensure to adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance policies and procedures, including all HR Requirements.

Representing Shawbrook– Represent the Shawbrook brand in a professional and confidential manner.
 

Qualifications

National 5 or above in Maths and English are the only academic attainment entry requirement to join us on the programme.

You must be aged 17 or over at start of the programme in September 2024, no longer in full-time education and eligible to work in the UK.

Any experience or qualifications which reflect customer services would be desirable

Ideally working knowledge of MS Office applications, an understanding of how to use Microsoft Word and Excel (not essential)

Reliable, adaptable & flexible

“Can do” attitude, very good problem solving

Willingness and desire to learn fast and acquire new skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team
