Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of implementation specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations. Develop and execute project plans, identifying potential risks and providing effective mitigation strategies.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, building strong relationships, and ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and support teams to align implementation strategies with broader company goals. Provide feedback to improve product offerings based on client experiences.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance implementation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to streamline workflows.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions, meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within fintech, overseeing successful implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial products, technology, and industry trends.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
