Role Overview
The Logistics and After-Sales Manager will oversee the seamless coordination of warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient business processes. This role requires a blend of warehouse management expertise and after-sales support knowledge to effectively manage inventory, distribution, and customer service. The manager will lead dedicated teams and collaborate closely with manufacturing, internal support, planning, and engineering teams to uphold high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction. This role is key to providing a world class customer service by driving performance forward using KPI’s, organisation, monitoring, and teamwork.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company’s HSE policies
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of customer-owned equipment and demonstration systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to diagnose problems, schedule repairs, and ensure the availability of spare parts and resources.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that repaired equipment meets performance standards and customer expectations.
- Manage the picking, collation, and distribution of warranty and spare parts to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling orders.
- Maintain inventory levels of spare parts, monitoring demand patterns and replenishing stock as needed to support after-sales service
