Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with leading automotive clients worldwide and our global distribution network, whilst providing an engaged and positive sales experience for our customers. Your main purpose is to lead the development, and facilitate the smooth running of the Inside Sales Team, and to own the day-to-day operation and strive to maximise performance. You will be comfortable identifying ways to improve existing processes and collaboratively develop new ways of working with the Inside Sales Team members. Having previously led a team of people, you will be at home actively coaching and mentoring your team, and this will enable you to evolve the department and take our customers experience to the next level.
