Kindroid makes virtual people that enrich real people's lives. Since launch last June, we've been the joybringer for hundreds of thousands of people, who've created and customized their unique virtual companion with custom backstories, memories, appearances, and voices. We're growing explosively, having grown from 0 to $1M ARR in less than 6 months of founding and growing 25% month-over-month. We're a lean, 3-person team and are already profitable. We've been featured on WSJ, New Yorker, and Business Insider, and are backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley.
We are looking for a Growth & Fullstack Engineer to work on making the core application of Kindroid better, creating and managing new features or products within the application, and work on growth hacks to scale up the reach of the product.
The ideal type of person we want to work with is someone who has a past track record of learning fast, adapting quickly, and iterating scrappily, all while maintaining a keen focus on attention to engineering detail.
Must-Have:
Full-stack application dev experience.
Bachelors (or more advanced degrees) in computer science or adjacent.
Preferred:
Experience in a fast-growth startup environment and working on growth initiatives.
Experience with growth hacking and building retentive features.
Experience with some form of applied AI.
Polished, completed past projects that show attention to detail in engineering.
Remote accepted, but strong preference for people located in/willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
