The Director of Physical Security will lead and manage all aspects of Helion's physical security operations, including overseeing security staff, developing security processes and owning physical security-related technologies. In this role, you’ll balance maintaining the security of our facilities with ensuring that all employees and guests have a delightful customer experience while at Helion. You will spearhead security awareness initiatives, drive the implementation of site-specific directives, and serve as the primary contact for communication with team members and law enforcement agencies, ensuring a positive, safe and secure environment for all. This role is based out of Everett, WA and reports directly to our VP of People & Workplace Operations.

The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $215,000. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
