Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying key decision-makers within targeted businesses, and gathering essential information, including business size and optimal contact details.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): 

  • Conduct in-depth research to define characteristics of ideal customers for their products/services. 
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine and update ICPs.

2- Identify Decision-Makers: 

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, engaging in conversations to pinpoint key decision-makers within organizations. 
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of their products/services.

3- Gather Business Information: 

  • Extract relevant information about the size and structure of targeted businesses.
  • Record detailed data on potential clients, including needs, preferences, and specific requirements.

4- Build and Maintain a Database: 

  • Develop and update a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize customer data effectively.

5- Collaborate with Sales Team: 

  • Work closely with the Sales team, sharing insights and collaborating on effective strategies to approach potential clients.
  •  Provide regular updates on progress and challenges faced during telemarketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar outbound calling role.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and identify key trends.
  • A-C Grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSE.
  • Experience within Property Management/PropTech.
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • High level of accuracy in recording and maintaining customer information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve common goals.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming challenges encountered during telemarketing activities.
