About the Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through proactive engagement and effective communication. Your primary focus will be on B2B inside sales and business development, ensuring the delivery of outstanding results.
Here are your key responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls / Telemarketing:
Conduct persuasive outbound sales calls to businesses, maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor (no consumer calls).
Implement effective telemarketing strategies to promote our products/services and generate interest.
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
Proactively identify and create leads through strategic prospecting, emphasizing quality to ensure meaningful opportunities.
Set appointments with potential clients to discuss our offerings and further establish business relationships.
Multi-Campaign Management:
Juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills to optimize outcomes for each.
Target-Driven Approach:
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently working towards achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Focus on measurable outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications
