Job Description
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook. Responsibilities include optimizing campaign performance, creating compelling ad content, and analyzing data for insights. The candidate should stay updated on industry trends, identify new opportunities, and conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Plan, build, and analyze paid search campaigns.
Manage and optimize multiple Paid Media campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals.
Manage and grow current campaigns
Oversee Google Ads, Bing Ads accounts, and other Paid channels like Facebook and LinkedIn as we develop our paid media presence.
Regularly analyze keywords, landing pages, search terms, audiences, and competitors/auctions.
Work with our in-house design team to develop ads and landing pages.
Develop compelling ad copy that effectively communicates the key benefits of our products/services.
Monitor and report your success
Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Support team with monthly reporting.
Maintain insightful and cross-channel trend reporting.
Tracking daily KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spending.
Taking things to the next level
Identify new areas of Paid Media opportunities for the business.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.
Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and drive cost-effective results (Ads, Landing Pages, Campaigns, etc..)
Qualifications
Be willing to work on-site in Cardiff as this is NOT a remote role.
2+ years of experience working on Paid Search campaigns.
Proficient in managing large campaigns and budgets.
Proficient in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
Highly analytical and problem solver.
Lead gen experience desired (not essential).
