Job Description

Job Scope:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will steer our sales operations with strategic leadership, technological innovation, and proactive business development.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement CRM Strategies:

  • Identify and explore potential channels for business development within the trading, investment, and wealth management market.

Sales Performance Management:

  • Oversee and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the sales team.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the cryptocurrency and trading industry.

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the cryptocurrency domain, particularly within a trading academy setting.
  • Demonstrate significant experience in the trading, investment, and wealth management market, especially in a trading academy setting.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to mentor and educate new agents, fostering a high-performance sales team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to elevate the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills in building and managing high-performing teams.
