We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team based in London. As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our employees and drive our company culture forward.

Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management and talent development initiatives
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to identify areas for improvement
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
Build talent capability through performance management, succession planning, career pathing, skill & talent development
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives
Support the development and delivery of training and development programs
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner; experience supporting Sales or Events teams would be advantageous
A true HR Generalist with strong knowledge of all aspects of HR
Experience of leading and delivering change and transformation projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions
Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way
Understanding of employment law and best practice
Experience or desire to work within a truly international team
Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
Process, data driven yet comfortable operating with unknowns/emerging priorities
Project Management and Business Partnering skills
Excellent IT skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) HRIS knowledge
Flexibility for occasional travel if required
