With Intelligence, a global provider of data for the asset management industry, is seeking a talented and motivated BI Analyst to join our London team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data, developing reports and visualizations, and providing insights to support data-driven decision making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and impactful visualizations and presentations
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of commercial and operational reporting suites relevant to a platform business
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and reports
- Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
