Reporting into the Head of Creative Operations, you will drive the production process so that all shoots are planned well, creative considerations are given and associated assets are delivered to time and on spec. You will be instrumental in making sure that project & production teams are owning and leading their productions with your oversight, flagging any changes and driving effective communication across the team and to other key stakeholders in marketing.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
Overseeing and line managing a team - supporting the producers and the creative project manager in key aspects of their day to day and development.
Ensuring the producers work effectively and efficiently. Overseeing the creative production process from conception through to completion directing the producers to deliver content that is aligned with our TOV and brand values.
Working closely with the Creative Project Manager to ensure all shoot dates, compliment and consider the creative delivery timelines, as well as making sure there is enough time between creative briefings and shoots, so that the team are able to fulfil briefs successfully.
Leading pre-production meetings and communicating effectively regarding production updates / requests and flags to key and senior stakeholders in the brand, working closely with NPD and product teams so that they have sight of all shoot decks, models and assets in a timely manner.
Reporting any changes that will impact the smooth running and delivery of projects and presenting solutions to the Head of Creative Operations & Creative Director.
Having a clear and authoritative voice on set, ensuring that shoots run smoothly.
Orchestrating creative project budgets and assigning the day to day management of them to the team ensuring that we remain commercially-minded, negotiating supplier rates and making sure all props etc come well within the budget - landing minimum of 30% saving across the entire creative budget for the financial year.
Ensure production schedules, budgets, legal compliance are met and work is delivered to the highest standard.
Oversee the production of ads with the support of the Producer and Creative Project Manager, driving their growth to lead ads from a production pov.
Creating an overarching 2024/2025 production plan factoring in all new launches requirements/production budgets/team requirements.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
Shoot experience: overseeing the production of stills and video within premium or luxury brands, from conception through to delivery and leading junior members of the production team in delivering production excellence across all stages
Demonstrable experience managing people and direct the workflow
Collaborative team player with open mindset with assertive communication style and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing budgets
Knowledge of post-production video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to manage diaries and expectations around production and to navigate digital tools such as Google Drive, Asana, Zoom, etc.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and multitask to manage projects simultaneously
