Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for an Inventory Planner to join our global Operations team on a 6 month contract. This role will be responsible for ensuring that stock levels are consistent across all of the Trinny London locations, and play a vital role in both stores and warehouse operations. Reporting into the Head of Demand and Supply Planning and working closely with finance, retail, logistics, and the wider business, this role will also ensure the right level of stock is available at our stores to meet forecasted demand.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Responsible for Inventory accuracy in Netsuite for all Trinny London locations, ie 3PLs and directly managed stores.
- Analyse the 3PL and store Cycle Counts /Physical Inventory Counts and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the weekly store replenishment and newness allocation ordering process.
- Manage inventory month end tasks, closing of netsuite transactions and reporting
- Create Inventory and supply chain reports
- Procure and manage 3PLs consumables for Ecom orders.
- Provide cover for Supply Planner.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Proven Inventory Management experience and working knowledge of inventory best practice.
- Experience within a directly managed store retail environment, an advantage.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent knowledge of ERP Supply Chain process and systems - Netsuite
- Analytically driven mindset, with strong problem solving abilities
- Passionate about organisation and improving processes
