Equal Education Partners are looking for experienced Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisors to join their team for roles beginning after May Half Term. Positions available are either on a full-time or day-to-day basis.
You will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, choosing working days that suit you. We are working in partnership with several Welsh speaking Secondary schools in the Cardiff area, as well as schools in Newport, Caerphilly, and RCT.
Covering all 22 Local Authorities under the NPS Framework allows us to flexibly support you with your next career move.
Requirements
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Encouraging student participation.
- Managing classroom behaviour.
- Assisting with work left by the class teacher.
To be considered, you will need to have experience of working with pupils aged 11-18 over the last 2 years, the ability to manage disruptive classroom behaviour and be able to ensure pupils remain on task.
