Are you looking for flexibility in your next role? We are working with a number of Primary schools in Central Cardiff who require day to day support in the classroom.
Interviews are taking place over Half Term to accommodate a start from 8th April 2024.
You will be responsible for teaching a variety of classes, as well as creating lesson plans, delivering planned work and establish a safe, interactive and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements
Your duties will include but are not related to:
- Encourage student participation.
- Mark student work and recording their performance.
- Attend and take part in staff meetings.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, guardians and other professionals to safeguard and ensure the educational welfare of students who may have special educational needs.
You will need to be a Qualified Teacher holding valid QTS, with a passion for creating an environment where children can succeed. You will need to be respectful, dedicated and have a caring attitude within work.
You must have at least 40 days’ of relevant experience in the last 2 years to be considered for this role. Knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential. You must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to undergo a check.
