As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital offering to schools and teachers across England initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services and drive lead generation.
Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets for digital and print channels.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences.
Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns utilising both online and offline channels.
Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Assist in organising events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Support with the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:
2 years + experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. (Preferred)
Strong creative and analytical skills with a passion for marketing, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Be a creative thinker, willing to try new things and focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies is a plus.
