Job Description

As the Senior Manager of EU Sales Programs at Freshworks, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our sales programs strategy. Drawing on your extensive experience in sales programs, you will develop and drive initiatives to enhance sales messaging, create effective sales plays, and optimize sales prospecting efforts. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting our rapidly growing global sales organization, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the right tools and strategies to succeed.

 

Key responsibilities: 
In your role as the Senior Manager of EU Sales Programs, your overarching responsibility is to shape and execute a strategic vision for our sales programs. You will take the lead in developing compelling sales program strategies that resonate with our target audiences, industry, segment and reinforce our product offerings' value proposition. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading a team to create and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks that guide our sales teams through all stages of the sales process, enabling them to navigate complex sales cycles that drive incremental revenue for our business.
Furthermore, you will spearhead efforts to optimize our sales prospecting initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales programs with broader company objectives. Your commitment to training and enablement will ensure our sales teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to leverage these programs effectively. Through performance measurement and continuous improvement, you will drive the evolution of our sales programs, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and sales excellence across our organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales programs, sales messaging, and sales prospecting, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in Sales tooling such as Outreach and in-house CRM tooling.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales programs that have driven revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, buyer personas, and the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
