Job Description

The Senior Treasury  Analyst plays an important role within a Global Treasury team of 7. Based in the UK and reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager. The Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of the team’s front office activities and supporting the Global Bank Rationalisation / transformational projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day front office activities, including cash management, funding, investment and FX execution.
• Support the Global Bank Rationalisation Project (KYC, Process Documentation, Systems Set Up & Testing, Roll out and Implementation)
• Support the adminstration of bank accounts (including opening and closing accounts)
• Support set up of new intercompany arrangements including managing, funding, IHB/loan agreements, intercompany netting processes, quarterly interest calculation and processing).  
• Prepare and approve Treasury Settlements (Debt, Interest, FX and Intercompany)
• Support Analysis of FX exposures and creation of hedging strategies
• Contribute to Monthly Treasury Reports, compiling data and commentary
• Support transformational project delivery and implementation
• Support execution of bank guarantees and letters of credit
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of our TMS environment
• Maintain relationships with market units supporting their local cash and banking requirements
• Support the response to Internal & External Auditor queries

Qualifications

Required Competence

• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver in a fast paced, transformational environment driving change and continuous improvement with a positive attitude and critical mindset

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in large multinational organization(s) executing front office activities.
• Previous experience supporting Global bank rationalization and transformation type projects
• Previous experience working in organization(s) going through change (preferably PE ownership)
• Previous experience with global currencies, cash pools and restricted cash balances
• Proficient excel / modelling skills, adept at spreadsheet compilation and analysis reporting
